Please read carefully. By joining the affiliate program and using your affiliate link you agree to follow these rules, terms and conditions.
1. There are some strict rules for public reviews, PPC campaigns, public videos and SEO campaigns...
- Only original and honest reviews and guides with accurate information and claims to the product and bonuses posted online will be accepted. Empty content, inaccurate content, false claims, or simply copying the product's sales copy is not accepted.
- You must NOT run "negative" PPC, SEO, or iframe domain campaigns such as "Product name / author name scam" or any other method which may portray a negative view of the product. This damages our brand and cannot be accepted.
- If there is an OTO or Upsell then details and pricing of the OTO/Upsell can not be listed on a public website or video because it is possible the OTO/Upsell is going to change in future and so this avoids publications which end up with incorrect pricing and information..
- The video, review, or informational site must not claim or suggest to be the official site, or review. The affilate relationship must be disclosed.
WARNING: Site, videos and reviews not abiding by the rules will likely result in termination of your affiliate account, forfeit of earnings, and removal of your content from Google and YouTube and possible legal takedown request to your website host.
2. Any JV Prizes take into account refund rates and are awarded based on genuine leads and buyers, and are subject to fraud reviews.
3. You are not permitted to use any domain names containing the words 'Chris Munch', 'munchweb' or the product name unless you have agreed it in advance with us.
4. PPC and SEO campaigners may target any keywords including the product names and author names as long as your campaign agrees with all other rules, and that you recognize that these product names and trademarks are property of Chris Munch, munchweb.com and the product you are promoting.
5. You must not use misleading claims, inaccurate information or false testimonials (or anything that does not comply with FTC guidelines).
6. Please make sure you double check your affiliate links and information is correct when signing up. You are responsible for using the correct affiliate URL.
7. If you wish to team up for the JV prizes with another affiliate, there is a maximum of two people per team, and you must mail under the same affiliate link.
8. The use of exit scripts or pop-ups which redirect to your affiliate URL are not allowed.
9. Rebates (cash or otherwise), discounts, or additional money back guarantees cannot be offered or advertised.
10. ALL review sites or reviews posted must contain a small text link to the official website of the product without a nofollow tag, and be visible to users. This can be placed on any page which is indexable by Google.
Failure to follow these rules may result in your affiliate account being closed and commissions forfeited.
